【Price】
・You can make a reservation using the online travel agency below.
・You can contact us directly using our message form. Only when you book directly and pay for it by our online 　payment service, the price of your stay will be 5% discounted (tax included) than online travel agencies. In this      case, the price listed on Booking.com will be used as the standard.
​・ Discount applies to reservations made more than one month in advance of the date of stay.

【Payment】
・The payment is available using an online travel agency before your arrival.
・You can make a payment by our online payment service when you book directly (We will send you a 5%      　discouted invoice by E-mail from "Square") .
・The 5% discount on accommodation fees will be applied to online payments only when making a reservation.
・We don't accept on-site payment by credit or cash when you arrive, sorry.
 
【Terms and conditions】
・ You can stay at our facility for a minimum of 2 nights.

【Cancellation policy】
Cancellations will be accepted up to 4 weeks before your stay.
For cancellations made within 4 weeks of your stay, you will be charged 50% the amount of your stay, 
In case within 2 weeks of your stay, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

・ ご予約は、下記のホテル予約サイトからも可能です。
・ お支払いは、ホテル予約サイトご利用の場合は原則クレジットカード決済になります。
・ 当宿泊施設へご宿泊日より1カ月以上前に直接ご予約の場合は、予約時オンライン決済に限り、
下記、ホテル予約サイトの掲示価格（Booking.comの掲示価格が基準になります。)より5％引きになります。
ご予約時にメールにて5%割引の請求書が届きます。ご予約時以外のお支払いには割引は適用されません。
・ ご到着時のクレジットカードまたは現金等でのお支払いは、誠に申し訳ございませんが承っておりません。

【キャンセルポリシー】
・ ご予約のキャンセルはご宿泊日の4週間前までにお受けいたします。
・ ご宿泊日から4週間以内のキャンセルにつきましては宿泊費の半額を請求させて頂きます。
・ 2週間以内のキャンセルにつきましては宿泊費の全額のご請求となります。
